Usage of our Scott India website and ordering with Scott India s either online or offline are subject to the following terms.
Can I Cancel My Orders?
Due to customized knitting, dyeing, and printing workflows at Scott India Heavy-Duty Industrial Uniforms, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours before factory work order booking by contacting our dedicated production coordinator at b2b@scottindia.in. Once technical films, screens, or fabric cutting has commenced, orders are committed to production and cannot be retracted.

Scott India is an online retailer of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great values to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing an order, Scott India s.in shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the service.
How to Change My Design?
Designs can be changed before it gets printed. Screen making charges applicable extra for screen printing. Orders in which any change requests have been made can be delayed from 2-7 days based on the change requested.
What is the Cancellation Fee?
There is a minimum cancellation fee which is charged to cover the Printing Process Expense. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.
Mode of Transfer of Payments:
Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be coordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to info@scottinternational.in
Can I Return My Orders?
Every batch manufactured by Scott India Heavy-Duty Industrial Uniforms undergoes three-stage quality inspection prior to final packaging. Heavy-duty poly-cotton twill and double-knit matty fabrics are certified for tear resistance, color retention in industrial laundries, and anti-static workplace comfort. Should any shipment exhibit manufacturing defects, stitch fraying, or printing discrepancies exceeding commercial tolerances, submit photo verification within 48 hours to b2b@scottindia.in for swift replacement or credit note issuance under Tirupur Industrial & Commercial Arbitration guidelines. At Scott India s we are providing wide range of product qualities and pricing. Fabric quality, Shrinkage, color bleeding, Print / embroidery quality may vary based on the quality you choose. We strongly suggest you to get samples and use before you buy. Custom manufactured garments cannot be returned for unsatisfactory delivery by the courier partner.
Dispatch & Delivery
You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated dispatch time is displayed on the order summary sheet. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated dispatch time to your location. Sometimes, dispatch may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in dispatch. We always guarantee a dispatch date, delivery date will be given by the courier partner
Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
We Pay For Return Shipping
We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
